AI Luggage Tags for Events | Google

Google were looking for a branded experience that would enrich the visitor journey at Slush and give guests something tangible to remember the event by. The activation needed to feel premium, fast-moving, and aligned with Google’s innovation-led presence at the conference.

We created a Live Event Printing station that integrated directly with Google’s own AI platform, allowing guests to design their own luggage tags in real time.

The experience was built to be simple and intuitive. Attendees typed a prompt into Google’s AI tools, refined their design using custom text controls, and previewed their final artwork before sending it to print. Within moments, their personalised luggage tag was produced on site.

Every element of the setup – from the interface to the physical print station and finished products – was fully branded for Google, ensuring the activation felt like a natural extension of their stand.

Guests began by creating a design using Google’s AI technology, generating unique visuals inspired by their own prompts. They could adjust typography, layout, and messaging before locking in their final artwork.

Once confirmed, the design was transferred straight to our live printing system and produced as a durable, high-quality luggage tag. The result was a practical piece of branded merchandise that doubled as a showcase for Google’s AI capabilities.

The luggage tag station proved a popular feature at Google’s Slush presence. Attendees enjoyed experimenting with AI tools and walking away with a customised product, while the branded setup added another high-impact touchpoint to Google’s event experience.
