Live Event Manager

The Role

Noonah is on the lookout for Live Event Managers to join our energetic team and be at the forefront of delivering our cutting-edge experiential technology at live events across the UK. You’ll be working with some of the biggest brands and top agencies, creating unforgettable, tech-driven experiences that captivate audiences.

Duties

  • Set up, rig, and de-rig Noonah’s state-of-the-art camera, video, and technical equipment 
  • Work closely with clients and tech support teams to guarantee seamless, top-tier event execution.
  • As an Event Manager for Noonah, you will represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring clients and guests have an exceptional experience at every event.
  • Operate company vehicles and manage the logistics of event transportation, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of all equipment to and from each event.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in live events, with the flexibility to travel frequently and stay overnight as needed.
  • Strong knowledge or genuine passion for cameras, lighting, technology, and software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude, comfortable engaging with clients and guests.
  • Outstanding organisational abilities, with the capacity to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • Physically capable of lifting and transporting event equipment.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license (held for at least 3 years).

Working Conditions:

  • This role involves frequent travel to client sites and event locations across the UK and beyond.
  • Flexibility is essential, as you’ll need to work outside of standard business hours to meet project deadlines and client demands.
  • Full-time, permanent position with a banked hours system: paid for 37.5 hours per week, with the potential for overtime.
  • Regular travel, including frequent overnight stays in hotels, is required.
  • Work location: Primarily on the road, based within commuting distance of S44 5HY.
