Project Manager – Event Tech

About Noonah

Noonah is an employee-owned company specialising in experiential technology for events. We create engaging in-person and digital event experiences that build lasting connections for our clients.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, proactive, and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead projects from sales handover through to successful delivery.

You will be the central bridge between clients, Account Managers, and our in-house Technical and Creative teams.

  • Goal: Deliver event experiences on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Focus: Organisation, clarity, and ensuring project success.
  • Location: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to manage events across the UK, Europe, and the US.

Core Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery & Coordination

  • Full ownership of assigned projects, from initial brief through to on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up.
  • Manage day-to-day execution, troubleshoot blockers, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • Clearly define, control, and communicate the project scope to technical, sales, and client teams.
  • Identify potential risks and dependencies early, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability (limited requirement, as we own most equipment).
  • Document and approve all change requests (impact on scope, timeline, or budget).

2. Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the confident communicator between the client and the internal technical/creative teams.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee relationships with external developers, contractors, and partners.

3. Quality & Improvement

  • Ensure all deliverables meet Noonah’s high-quality and performance standards.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve processes.
