Project Manager (Technical Project Delivery & Client Success)

About Noonah

Noonah is an employee-owned experiential technology company. We create in-person and virtual experiences that drive engagement and forge lasting connections. From iconic brand activations to cutting-edge digital interactions, we love to blur the lines between the physical and virtual worlds.

Trusted by the world’s biggest brands and creative agencies, we deliver unforgettable experiences in the UK, the US, and beyond.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to help bring our bold, innovative projects to life. You’ll be at the heart of project delivery, working with clients, account managers, and our in-house tech team to ensure our experiences are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

This delivery-focused role is suited to someone who thrives on organisation, clarity, and helping others succeed. You’ll primarily work on larger, often bespoke, technical and digital projects, coordinating across teams, managing external developers or suppliers, and supporting the execution of complex builds and activations in the UK and US.

This role reports directly to our CEO, serving as a critical bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to drive alignment and strategic collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Coordination

  • Drive project planning, timelines, resourcing, and communication from start to finish.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to capture client requirements and translate them into clear technical deliverables.
  • Collaborate with our Technical and Creative teams to align on project scope, priorities, and expectations.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution, troubleshoot blockers, and keep everything (and everyone) on track.
  • Handle capacity planning and forecasting to ensure the right resources are available when needed.
  • Oversee relationships with external developers, contractors, and other partners to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining visibility across all touchpoints.
  • Participate in client meetings to support project discussions and ensure delivery confidence.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, and deliver practical, solution-focused recommendations.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure all deliverables meet Noonah’s quality, performance, and innovation standards.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned and identifying opportunities to improve.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing technical and/or digital projects from planning to delivery.
  • A confident communicator who can bridge the gap between clients and the technical team.
  • Experience working across multiple disciplines: developers, creatives, event managers, and sales teams.
  • Familiarity with technical environments: software builds, digital experiences, hardware integration, and event tech would be beneficial.
  • Experience working with third-party developers or vendors.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with the live events industry, brand marketing or working with marketing agencies would be a big plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working across different time zones or international teams.
  • An understanding of the types of tech Noonah delivers (e.g., touchscreens, AI photo booths, digital gamification, etc.)

Flexible Working & Travel

This role offers flexibility in how and where you work. Some projects may require working outside of standard UK hours to align with US-based clients or deadlines. Occasional travel within the UK and US may also be required for client meetings or event support.

What You’ll Get

  • The chance to work at the cutting edge of event technology.
  • A creative and fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
  • Flexible working to support your life inside and outside work.
  • Opportunities to develop your skills, take ownership, and shape exciting projects.
  • Competitive salary.
  • The benefits of being part of an employee-owned company, where your voice matters and your success is shared.
