What is Smart Vending?

Unlike the vending machines you’re used to, ours are completely non-transactional, no coins or cards, just engagement. Guests complete an on-screen brand experience before the machine rewards them with a free sample, gift, or prize.

Designed and built right here in the UK by our in-house tech team, both the hardware and software are made to be as versatile as possible. We can tailor the on-screen experience to almost anything you can imagine, from question-based product matching, to AI-powered photo and video experiences to retro-style arcade games and prize giveaways.

1. Q&A Mode

Guests answer a series of custom questions about your product, brand, or event directly on the touchscreen. Our Smart Vending machine then dispenses a product or sample perfectly matched to your guest’s responses.

This format is ideal for data capture, product matching, and educating guests about your offering, helping to build brand awareness and loyalty, making every interaction feel personal.

2. Photo & Video Mode

Designed to maximise UGC and social reach, Photobooth mode combines the fun of photo and video capture with the excitement of product sampling. Guests snap a picture or record a short video and then share it on social media by scanning a QR Code.

There’s no better way of incentivising participation and social sharing than the promise of a free sample or gift.

3. Jackpot Mode

Guests play a simple on-screen game, a classic fruit machine–style game or Spin the Wheel, and the outcome determines which prize they receive.

This mode creates real energy and excitement while giving you full control over prize frequency. Not every guest needs to win the top-tier prize for the experience to feel exciting, memorable, and share-worthy.
