Account Executive
The Role
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for recent graduates, those starting their careers, or with a few years’ experience to dive into the world of events and tech. As an Account Executive, you’ll be a key part of our team, supporting client relationships, driving projects, and assisting with the coordination and management of our cutting-edge events.
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a people person, comfortable building and maintaining relationships with high-profile clients, and keen to expand your skills in event management, sales, and logistics. Whether you’re a recent graduate or early in your career, this role offers an incredible opportunity to work on high-profile events and build your career in the exciting world of experiential technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Support event management, including event documentation, client communication, and logistical planning for exciting events across the UK and internationally.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to prepare creative proposals, assist with pitches, and help identify new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Support the development and nurturing of relationships with top brands and agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Inbound Sales Management: Assist with handling incoming enquiries, converting leads into sales, and managing projects from start to finish at major events.
- Proactive Account Growth: Help identify new opportunities for existing clients, contributing to growth and maintaining high service standards.
- On-Site Event Support: Be on-site at events to provide hands-on assistance, ensuring smooth operations and flawless execution.
- Logistics Management: Help coordinate the transport and setup of tech-driven equipment, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.
Requirements:
- A degree and/or relevant experience in events, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport in a client-facing role.
- Eager to learn, confident, ambitious, and ready to take on new challenges.
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, Permanent. Monday – Friday.
- Based at Noonah HQ at the Markham Vale Environment Centre, Junction 29A of the M1, S44 5HY.
