At Goodwoof Festival 2025, we worked with Tesco to deliver a Live Event Printing activation for brand engagement.
The goal was to promote Tesco’s new pet product ranges by creating a memorable, pet-focused experience that would drive footfall, spark social sharing, and leave guests with a tangible reminder of the brand.

The Brief
Tesco asked for an activation that would:
- Raise awareness of their expanding pet product range
- Provide a fun, photo-led experience for dog lovers
- Create personalised, branded merchandise for guests to take away
- Generate user-generated content and encourage word-of-mouth marketing
The experience needed to feel premium, interactive, and capable of drawing attention across the festival grounds.
Our Approach
We created a bespoke doggy photo booth experience combined with our live event printing technology, designed to entertain guests while putting Tesco’s pet-friendly product range front and centre.
The experience unfolded as follows:
- Guests queued with their dogs while sampling Tesco’s new food and drink products
- Dogs received a light pamper session to get photo-ready
- Once prepared, guests brought their dogs into one of two custom photo booths, where our photographers captured their portraits
- The final photo was printed instantly onto a Tesco-branded tote bag, creating a high-quality personalised giveaway
- Guests also had the option to receive a digital version of their photo via QR code scan or by entering their email on the interactive print bar
The activation was delivered by our in-house events team, who kept energy levels high and ensured a smooth experience for guests from start to finish.
The Doggy Photobooth and Print Station
This was a fully custom-built setup designed specifically for Tesco’s activation at Goodwoof. It featured:
- Two professional photo booth installations with lighting and cameras optimised for pet photography
- An on-site print bar for previewing images and outputting tote bags
- Instant digital sharing via QR code or email entry
- Durable tote bags printed on-demand with Tesco branding
As the event progressed, more and more guests were seen walking around the festival with their personalised bags – which quickly turned the activation into a must-visit.




The Result
We printed over 900 personalised tote bags across the event, making it the busiest and one of the most talked-about brand activations at Goodwoof Festival.
Guests were overjoyed by the experience, describing it as a “super cool idea” that perfectly matched the vibe of the festival. Many shared their digital photos on social media, organically extending the reach of Tesco’s brand beyond the event.
By combining professional photography with instant, tangible merchandise, Tesco was able to build positive brand associations in a setting perfectly suited to its pet product launch.
