Noonah partnered with Madrí Excepcional on their Summer City Tour, a multi-city brand activation designed to bring the energy of Madrid to the UK.
Taking place across Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, and London, the tour featured an interactive prize giveaway powered by Prize Wall – an experience built to entertain, drive footfall, and collect valuable customer data.

The Brief
Madrí Excepcional wanted to create an activation that would engage city-goers in a simple, fast-paced format, while reinforcing the brand’s personality and collecting first-party data for future campaigns.
The experience needed to be mobile-friendly, self-led, and seamlessly integrated into a busy outdoor setting with high footfall.
The prize giveaway had to encourage participation through the lure of exclusive rewards and provide a clear message that would connect participants to the Madrí brand.

Our Approach
We deployed our interactive Prize Wall, a touchscreen-based experience where guests scanned a QR code to begin.
After entering their details, participants received a unique four-digit code. They then entered the code into the digital prize interface to find out if they had unlocked one of six prize doors.
Prizes ranged from Madrí-branded merchandise to a headline reward – a trip for two to Madrid. The system notified winners in real time, delivering instant feedback and driving excitement throughout each location on the tour.
The entire process was designed to be frictionless, with high-volume participation and minimal staff input.
The Result
The Prize Wall successfully captured attention and increased engagement at every city stop.
The QR-code-led journey made entry quick and intuitive, resulting in high participation rates and maximum data capture.
