At Possible 2025, Teradata’s flagship conference, the brief was clear: engage every attendee, guide them through the event journey, and make sure each interaction left an impression.
To help achieve this, Noonah delivered two interactive technologies – Prize Wall and QR Scavenger Hunt – turning Teradata’s conference into an engaging, high-tech event.
We Upgraded Teradata’s Conference Using an LED Prize Wall and QR Scavenger Hunt
The Brief
Teradata wanted to create a buzz throughout the event by encouraging delegates to explore the full conference experience. The goal was not only to maximise participation but to ensure key touchpoints across the venue were visited, and data captured along the way.
The solution needed to feel smart and seamless – something that felt natural for tech-savvy audiences while adding excitement and reward.
Our Approach
We installed our Prize Wall and QR Scavenger Hunt as core components of the delegate experience.
Designed with full brand integration and AV collaboration with Hart Wilcocks, these two activations offered Teradata a compelling way to guide, track, and reward attendee engagement across the conference.
Together, they created a connected event journey that increased footfall at key areas, encouraged data capture, and enhanced the conference’s perception as innovative and experience-led.
QR Scavenger Hunt
The QR Scavenger Hunt acted as the backbone of the attendee experience. Placed throughout the venue, QR codes encouraged attendees to scan and take specific actions – from registering their badge and discovering new exhibitors, to unlocking exclusive event content.
Each interaction brought users closer to the grand prize wall. Completing the full journey unlocked a code that could be used to try and crack the vault.
The hunt served as a digital map and interactive challenge rolled into one – subtly nudging attendees to explore the entire conference space.
Prize Wall
The Prize Wall was the final reward – a huge LED installation that invited guests to input their unique code and test their luck.
Attendees earned codes in multiple ways: scanning key QR checkpoints, registering for the event, or completing data capture forms. With a code in hand, guests approached the touchscreen interface, entered their code, and watched the vault animation unfold.
Win or lose, the experience was slick and satisfying. For the lucky ones, one of the vault doors would fly open to reveal a physical prize.
Everything – from the vault animations to the prize display – was co-designed with Teradata and Hart Wilcocks, ensuring the branding remained bold, consistent, and visually impactful.
The Result
The combined power of the Prize Wall and QR Scavenger Hunt delivered strong delegate participation across all zones of the conference. Attendees were incentivised to visit each area, take part in the full experience, and exchange data for a chance to win.
The result? High engagement, a futuristic brand experience, and a memorable way for Teradata to stand out in a competitive conference space.
